Shipping Methods

The shipping time of your order is set before its finalization and the shipment will be made as follows:
For shipments within Athens and for amounts over 50 euros, the shipment of your order is made free of charge and by means of transport of our company based on the delivery schedule of the company and in any case we take all the necessary measures for the timely and fast shipment and delivery of your order.
For shipments outside Athens, the shipment of your order is made with delivery to the transport company that you will indicate to us and will include in the placement of your Order Sheet. The shiipping costs of the order are borne by the recipient. If you do not indicate a transport company, then you agree and accept that the shipment of your order will be made by delivery to a transport company of our choice cooperating with our company. Although our company will make every effort for the most immediate delivery of your order, we can guarantee neither the time of arrival nor the exact time of delivery of the products of the order, as they depend on the transport companies. Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events that are not under its control.
Please note that orders are shipped only within working days (Monday - Friday except holidays) between (09:00 - 17:00) local time, and the estimated shipping time from the registration of the order is from 2 to 7 working days. In case of return of any defective products, the return must be made after contacting our company which assumes the cost of delivery of products returned to the carrier.
Products delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance and related costs, and may incur charges and other costs imposed by the national law of each country for which our company is not responsible. We cannot know in advance what these charges may be, for which the member / user who will place the order on our Company's website should inform us precisely.
Placing an order on our website from a country outside Greece means importing products to this foreign country from Greece so in any case the import of products is subject to the applicable laws and regulations of each country to which the user / member who orders must know and comply.
