It is made and baked in a Cretan traditional wood oven in Atsipopoulo, Rethymno since 1960 with the same traditional recipe in hand made one by one, without preservatives. Genuine product of the Cretan tradition.
Rusks have a high nutritional value because they contain B-complex vitamins, E vitamin, minerals, and rich in fibre. Great supplement in salads.
