Cretan traditional handmade Rusk with natural Chios Mastic is a semi-sweet rusk with genuine Chios mastic, spices, and sesame. It is made and baked in a Cretan traditional wood oven situated in Atsipopoulo, Rethymno since 1960 with the same traditional recipe in hand made one by one, without preservatives, without dyes and artificial fragrances.
Genuine product of the Cretan tradition, eptazimo rusk gets its name from the way of making. It is always made by pure ingredients such as flour, olive oil, yeast, contains sugar, mastic, spices and sesame.
Rusks have a high nutritional value because they contain B-complex vitamins, E vitamin, minerals, and rich in fibre. An excellent healthy snack for all day.
